Rare B Decays , B0→ℓ+ℓ− and B0→ℓ+ℓ−γ

Recent results on B→ℓν, ℓℓ, and ℓℓγ from B-factories are briefly reviewed. The first measurement of the B meson decay constant at Belle is also presented.
