Preliminary results on CP violation in charged K decays at NA48/2

The NA48 collaboration is studying the decays of charged kaons, with the main aim of searching for direct CP violation in the decay of the charged kaon into three pions. The collected data represents the largest charged kaon decay sample in the world. The expected statistical error is ≈ 2 · 10−4.
