Model independent f0(500) and f0(980) meson parameters by pion scalar form factor analysis

The f0(500) and f0(980) meson parameters are determined by the pion scalar form factor analysis, in which all existing S-wave iso-scalar ππ-scattering phase shift data in the elastic region are utilized.
