CMD-3 Detector for VEPP-2000

The CMD-3 detector is now under construction and will be ready to take data in 2007 at the new e+e− collider VEPP-2000 at Budker Institute of Nuclear Physics. The main subsystems of the CMD-3 detector are described. The major parameters such as momentum and angular resolutions for charged particles, energy and spatial resolutions for photons are improved substantially with respect to the same parameters of the previous CMD-2 detector.
