Implementation and evaluation of a fully 3D OS–MLEM reconstruction algorithm accounting for the PSF of the PET imaging system

This work proposes the implementation of the Point Spread Function in an iterative reconstruction algorithm for PET and presents some validation results on the new algorithm.
