The FP420 Project: The Physics Potential

The FP420 project proposes to complement the experiments CMS and ATLAS by installing additional near-beam detectors at 420m away from the interaction region. The presence of these detectors will allow to measure exclusive production of massive particles, such as the Higgs particle.
