Neutrino Physics at and above GeV energies

The GeV energies are the energies at which neutrino oscillations have been first discovered with atmospheric neutrinos and where long baseline neutrino experiments run. The theoretical, phenomenological and experimental studies in this sector are extremely active as demonstrated by this conference, where for the first time three different long baseline experiments, placed on three different continents, presented their experimental data.
