Gamma radiation-induced catalytic degradation of 4-chlorophenol using SiO2, TiO2, and Al2O3

To study radiocatalytic processes, solutions of 4-chlorophenol (4-CP) were irradiated with gamma radiation, and results indicate that degradation of 4-CP is increased when commercial SiO2, TiO2, or Al2O3 is added.
