Cross-sections for formation of 99mTc through natRu(n,x) 99mTc reaction induced by neutrons at 13.5 and 14.8Â MeV

► D-T neutron source was used to measure cross sections using activation method. ► 27Al(n,α) 24Na was used as the monitor for the measurement. ► Cross-sections for formation of 99mTc through natRu(n,x)99mTc were measured. ► Data for natRu(n,x) 99mTc reaction cross sections are reported. ► The results were discussed and compared with experimental data in the literature.
