Effect of surfactant concentration, compression ratio and compression rate on the surface activity and dynamic properties of a lung surfactant

► ADSA-CSD measures dynamic surface tension of lung surfactants at relevant conditions. ► Results are analyzed using a recently developed Compression-Relaxation Model (CRM). ► The sensitivity of the model is evaluated at different conditions. ► Effect of concentration on the four dynamic parameters is minimal beyond 8 mg/ml.
