First localization and biochemical identification of chromogranin B- and secretoneurin-like immunoreactivity in the fetal human vagal/nucleus solitary complex

These results demonstrate that each chromogranin peptide is expressed during human fetal life in neurons of the vagal/nucleus solitary complex indicating that these peptides could be important during prenatal development.
