⺠Murine splenic keratin-reactive B cells express germline encoded VH and VK genes. ⺠BCRs on murine keratin-reactive B cells frequently utilize DFL16.2 and JK2 in CDR3 regions. ⺠Keratin-reactive B cells have antigen-presentation capacities. ⺠Keratin-reactive B cells are ineffective in activating T cells from lymph nodes. ⺠Low B7-1/2 may underlie incomplete role of keratin-reactive B cell presentation.
