SummaryA young Persian cat was presented with a chronic seborrhoeic facial dermatitis that was initially non-pruritic. A diagnosis of idiopathic facial dermatitis (Dirty Face Syndrome) was made by exclusion. This is a recently described skin disease peculiar to the breed. Aggressive topical therapy combined with immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory treatment led to regression of clinical signs.
