Several studies evaluated interest of biomarkers in RA patients treated with biologics: 1- to optimize doses and frequency of drug administration; 2- to predict response to treatment; 3- to predict tolerance of biologics; 4- to monitor patient who stopped treatment and are in remission, and predict new RA flare.
