À quoi servent les recommandations formalisées d'expert ?
چکیده انگلیسی
The guidelines committee (CRC) of the French Society for Anesthesia and Resuscitation (Sfar) main mission is to develop professional recommendations. These recommendations are intended to guide the practice of anesthesiologists. The methodology of these recommendations has evolved over time with the use of currently expert formalized recommendations. These recommendations use the GRADE method that requires defining specific issues according to the PICO (study population, intervention or comparator control, “outcome” or endpoint) to evaluate the level of evidence for the crucial criteria and define seamlessly strength of the recommendation. The recommendations are expressed as strongly positive “it takes…”, strongly negative “it is not necessary…”, weakly positive “you have probably…” or weakly negative low “it probably should not…”. The Sfar has also decided to allow the formulation of expert opinion in the absence of published data if the expert group agrees to more than 70%. Once published, guidelines result in a professional practices evaluation coordinated by the Cfar. The objective of this review is to enlighten the reader about the methodology of the RFE and help on how to use them in everyday medical practice.
