Making women feeling this intervention as a real childbirth is a true challenge involving the whole health care staff. Simple acts and gestures towards the patient and the person accompanying lead to a better perception of the caesarean section. From conditioning to promoting familial bonding, through the surgical procedure itself, we will describe simple actions that can help to humanize and improve the rehabilitation in caesarean section.
