Sur quels paramètres optimiser l'hémodynamique périopératoire ?

Goal directed haemodynamic therapy during surgery aims to adapt oxygen transport to tissue consumption. Excessive or insufficient vascular filling may have deleterious consequences. The ideal parameter guiding haemodynamic adaptation is difficult to determine. Continuous measurement of cardiac output is not enough commonly performed during anaesthesia and surgery. Measurement of oxygen transport and venous oxygen saturation open up new horizons for goal directed haemodynamic therapy.
