Under the umbrella of the French college of anaesthesiologists and critical care physicians, the well-being committee aims to support physicians who experience professional difficulties. It provides the opportunity for the physician to perform self-psychological assessment and to call psychologists through a dedicated anonymous phone number. A supportive network has also been developed for addict physicians. Eventually, the website provides references about other experiences in different countries. Further projects will be developed in this setting.
