Prise en charge des hémorragies méningées anévrismales

Aneurysmal subarachnoid haemorrhage is related to intracranial arterial aneurysm rupture. Clinical symptoms make the diagnostic easy. CT-scan is required in emergency. Patient suffering from subarachnoid haemorrhage must be addressed to a neurosurgical centre. Cerebral arteriography is the cornerstone of patient evaluation and first-line treatment. This review will address physiopathology, diagnostic, complications and treatment of subarachnoid haemorrhage which remains associated with a high complication and mortality rate.
