Le systeme vigileo™

Vigileo™ monitor system is a continuous cardiac output monitor, which bases its calculation on arterial waveform analysis. The monitor allows a robust and accurate determination of cardiac index (CI), stroke volume (SV), and stroke volume variability (SVV) without calibration. Connected to central venous catheter, it also reports continuously oxygen saturation (ScvO2). Vigileo™ should be valuable for monitoring of intensive care patients with cardiovascular dysfunction further to sepsis or trauma, or undergoing major surgery.
