La bobine Andrieu fait partie de ces instruments détournés. L’inventeur, Richard Andrieu, né en 1867, était avocat à Toulon et adepte de la gymnastique. Le kinésithérapeute a conservé le principe de l’appareil en l’adaptant pour des patients. Une profession, sous prétexte de modernité, ne doit pas pour autant oublier ses racines.
