Analyser nos pratiques : un pas vers la qualité ? Expérience de la maternité du centre hospitalier de Bagnols-sur-Cèze

Today, the improvement of the quality of care is an approach, which must be continuous to meet the expectations of users in terms of safety and, reflecting on our practices, provides a basis to make them coherent. We want to share the dynamic in our maternity, based in the south of France, following staff meetings discussing the analysis of our practices since January 2009. We will first explain the concepts in relation to this subject, then we will give our field experience, through three specific points upon which we can now look back with enough measurement of impact.
