The occupational stress is a more and more significant problem among occupational health. The AVS seems to be a very interesting tool into stress assessment and watching. Nevertheless, it is necessary to obtain a consensus about scale design and use. Moreover, other data are necessary in order to validate its specifications (stability, reproducibility, sensitivity, values distribution). The occupational physicians don't have to let go away from them this part of occupational health, on behalf of other external expert. The development of this tool is essential for the occupational physicians.
