The treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis is multidisciplinary. The functional treatment is a therapeutic alternative, allowing to improve the symptomatology and to delay the surgery, or to avoid it. The clinical monitoring is recommended and the surgical treatment is imperative in case of neurological or bladder deficit, as well as in case invalidating symptomatology.
