Histoire naturelle de la BPCO : critères d'évaluation

COPD is characterized by an accelerated rate of decline of FEV1 and premature death. One of the objectives of drug therapy in COPD is to modify the natural history of the disease. There is a need for robust and reproducible criteria that can be used to assess the effects of novel therapy on natural history of COPD.
