Die eigentliche, fachlich hoch anspruchsvolle sowie sehr organisations- und zeitintensive Arbeit findet jedoch täglich in der Praxis oder bis spät abends im Hotel statt. Die Anforderungen sind vielfältig und umfassen nicht zwingender Weise die operative Spezialisierung, sondern viel mehr die Spezialisierung auf die konservative Orthopädie und Ihre Randgebiete. Dargestellt werden typische Anforderungen und Abläufe im Alltag einer Mannschaftsbetreuung im Spitzenfußball.
