Arthroskopie des Hüftgelenks

ZusammenfassungDas Interesse an der Arthroskopie des Hüftgelenks ist in den letzten Jahren sprunghaft angestiegen. Neben dem allgemeinen Trend zur minimal-invasiven Therapie sind hierfür insbesondere die Weiterentwicklung der Instrumentarien und Operationstechniken, neue pathogenetische Konzepte und eine besseres Verständnis der Funktion und Anatomie des normalen Hüftgelenks, seiner Normvarianten und krankhaften Veränderungen verantwortlich. Während sich das Spektrum arthroskopischer Eingriffe am Hüftgelenk bis zum Jahrtausendwechsel im Wesentlichen auf resezierende Verfahren beschränkt hat, werden reparative und rekonstruktive Eingriffe wie Maßnahmen zur Knorpelneubildung, Labrumrefixationen und Korrekturen von Deformitäten zunehmend zur Routine des erfahrenen Arthroskopeurs. Der vorliegende Beitrag fasst den aktuellen Stand der Operationstechnik und die Indikationen zur Hüftarthroskopie zusammen.

SummaryInterest in arthroscopy of the hip joint has increased tremendously. This development is not only the result of the general trend to minimally-invasive surgery, it is the consequence of the development of new instrumentation and operative techniques, new pathogenetic concepts and a better understanding of the function and anatomy of the hip joint. There has been an evolution from classical resection and removal procedures to advanced reconstructive operations such as labral repair, microfracture and corrections of deformities. The present article summarizes the latest standing of the technique and indications for hip arthroscopy.
