Pneumonie chimique d'inhalation des gaz d'airbag. Discussion autour d'un cas

This report is about the occurrence of a chemical pneumonia following airbag gaz inhalation during a high-speed car crash with airbag rupture, in a young man without any noteworthy previous medical history. This pneumonia entailed a short oxygen necessity, and two hemoptysies, and bilateral alveolar infiltrates on chest radiology. This diagnosis is rare and worth knowing and keeping in mind, in case of patients after similar car crashes, mainly if they have such radiological images that cannot be explained otherwise.
