RETRACTED: Atypical incomplete femoral fractures in asymptomatic patients on long term bisphosphonate therapy

Frequency of incomplete atypical femoral fractures in asymptomatic patients on long term bisphosphonate therapy. American Journal of Roentgenology (AJR) 2012; 198:1144 (DOI:10.2214/AJR.11.7442). The significant overlap included the first 100 of the 110 patient cohort and the two fracture patients and their femur images. The BONE article was written in 2011 before the AJR article was published and the authors state that they unintentionally did not correctly reference the first (AJR) paper nor obtain permission from AJR for the reproduced figures.
