Seguimiento a tres años de la reparación valvular mitral con neocuerdas de politetrafluoroetileno expandido (ePTFE) en 40 pacientes: resultados clínicos y ecocardiográficos

Our results demonstrated safety, reproducibility and good durability of ePTFE chordal replacement, allowing the preservation of the mitral valve tissue. We believe that its use will increase over time, expanding its indications and could be considered the gold standard in the near future.
