Should complex ACHD patients have periodic Holter monitoring?

This article stems from a debate held at the Adult Congenital Heart Meetings at Cincinnati in the summer of 2011 where Dr. Moodie and Broberg debated whether complex adult congenital heart patients should have regular Holter monitor studies done. Dr. Moodie took the pro position and Dr. Broberg the con and this article is a result of that debate.
