► Calibration of the Framingham function is known to depend on socioeconomic status ► In this study, calibration also depended on psychological conditions ► People with high depression scores reached earlier a given coronary risk threshold ► Close results were observed between low and high educational level ► Not considering psychosocial conditions may contribute to health inequalities
