Bisphosphonate related osteonecrosis of the jaws treated by surgical resection and immediate osseous microvascular reconstruction

Radical resection followed by microvascular composite flap reconstruction is reliable in the management of patients with advanced BRONJ and can be considered as the fourth therapeutic stage.
