Histoplasmose au cours de l'infection par le VIH

Histoplasmosis is still unrecognized and its diagnosis is late in metropolitan France. Prognosis remains poor in spite of the availability of active antifungal agents (liposomal amphotericin and itraconazole) and of antiretroviral therapy.
