La radioanatomie de la fosse ischio-rectale en TDM et en IRM

The ischiorectal fossa is a particularly anatomic zone. CT scan and magnetic resonance imaging offer an interesting modality for diagnosis: classification of recto-anal fistula diseases and diagnosis of origin and malignant or benign nature of masses. We report and illustrate the normal anatomy, and normal and pathologic radiological findings.
