Lymphome osseux primitif

PBL is rare disease with favorable prognosis, contrasting with secondary bone lymphoma. Imaging contributes significantly to positive diagnosis, staging and monitoring. The most typical presentation is a large osteolytic lesion with soft tissue invasion and relatively intact cortical bone.
