Tumeur desmoïde de la plèvre : un diagnostic possible en imagerie ?

Desmoid tumors of the pleura are rare. Imaging is non-specific, hampering differential diagnosis, particularly with the more common, better known localized fibrous tumors of the pleura. Illustrating our work with an individual case and a review of the literature, we distinguish the differences between these two entities in order to enable more accurate lesion characterization and appropriate therapeutic management.
