Le méningiome intra-osseux sphénotemporo-orbitaire

Intra-osseous meningiomas are rare, accounting for only 1-2% of all intracranial meningiomas. The purpose of this work is to illustrate the different imaging features of these primitive intra-osseous meningiomas, which may contribute to preoperative diagnosis, and to discuss its different differential diagnoses. We report cases observed in two women presenting intra-osseous meningiomas located in the sphenotemporo-orbital region, and documented by CT-scan and MRI.
