Imagerie des troubles de perfusion hépatique

Hepatic perfusion disorders are focal or diffuse abnormalities of parenchymal enhancement after injection of contrast agent. They may be associated with many diseases. They reflect the wealth of self-regulation between the vascular systems. The aim of this study was to demonstrate, through four case reports, the role of imaging in the positive and etiological diagnosis of hepatic perfusion disorders. All patients underwent a liver CT. An abdominal ultrasound was performed in two cases and MRI in one. Hepatic perfusion disorders were associated with hepatic angiomas in one case, a superior vena cava thrombosis in one case, a portal thrombosis in one case and a heart disease in one case. Multiphasic CT or MRI acquisition enables the study of hepatic enhancement kinetics and the diagnosis of hepatic perfusion disorders than can simulate hypervascular tumors.
