Syndrome de polysplénie avec association exceptionnelle polysplénie-diastématomyélie

Polysplenia syndrome is a rare hereditary syndrome characterized by multiple spleens and a broad spectrum of cardiovascular anomalies, bilobed lungs, and malrotation of abdominal organs. Although polysplenia syndrome has been described in association with central nervous system anomalies, to our knowledge, a diastematomyelia associated with polysplenia syndrome have never been reported in the imaging literature.
