Imaging diagnosis of meningeal hemangiopericytoma is not always straightforward, because it resembles classical meningioma. Histological proof is necessary. Certain factors of poor prognosis are recognized: tumor location and size, histological grade, postoperative radiotherapy, and presence of metastasis.
