Hémangioblastomes de la fosse cérébrale postérieure

Hemangioblastomas are benign vascular tumors of the brain. These rare tumors occur generally in the cerebellum, and more frequently in young people. Imaging, particularly MRI, gives an excellent tissue characterization of the different types of hemangioblastomas and its relationships with neighboring structures. Through a study of 10 cases, we will describe the MRI characteristics of all types of cerebellar hemangioblastomas.
