Anévrysme de l'artère hépatique : à propos de trois cas

Hepatic artery aneurysms are rare. The incidence is around 0.25%. Rupture is often the revealing feature, leading to a fatal outcome in 80% of cases. We report three cases of hepatic artery aneurysm in patients admitted for obstructive jaundice, and abdominal pain, explored by abdominal CT.
