Le compte-rendu radiologique en meilleure forme

The goal of this article is to express our opinion on the style of radiology reports through a critical analysis of examples taken from patient files. Many reports contain multiple repetitions and oddities of language which serve no purpose and are so glaring that they threaten to damage the credibility of the analysis itself. The primary qualities of a report, which make it useful for the clinician, are clarity, conciseness and clinical correlation.
