Atteinte artérielle rare au cours de la maladie de Behçet : à propos de trois cas

We report the CT features of 3 complicated aneurisms, with rare locations (internal carotid artery, celiac trunk and iliac artery). Helical CT is helpful in the diagnosis and in the topographic approach of these lesions, particularly in an emergency context.
