Cystadénome biliaire intra-hépatique : apport de l'imagerie

Biliary cystadenoma is a rare cystic tumor of the middle aged woman, that usually arises in the liver or occasionally in the extrahepatic bile ducts; it has a strong potential for recurrence and malignant transformation. The lack of specific clinical and biological features hinders diagnosis before surgery. Imaging thus plays an essential role in determining the nature and the extension of this lesion. We report an illustrated case (ultrasonography, CTscan and MRI) with a literature review.
