Granulome éosinophile : un diagnostic non réservé aux enfants

Eosinophilic granuloma is the most common form of Langerhans' cell histiocytosis. We present a case developed in a 30-year-old man presenting with a lytic acetabular lesion. Plain radiography, CT, MRI were carried out, and a specimen was taken using radio-guided biopsy. Histological examination revealed aggregates of Langerhans'cells. The patient was successfully treated with an intraosseous injection of corticosteroid.
