Quand la vésicule « twiste »

Torsion of the gallbladder is a rare cause of acute acalculous cholecystitis related to an abnormal anatomical variant. Preoperative diagnosis is challenging. We report a case of acute gallbladder torsion in an elderly woman. Cholecystectomy was successful. A macroscopic view of gallbladder torsion is presented.
