Conflit fémoro-acétabulaire sur cal vicieux d'une fracture-avulsion de l'épine iliaque antéro-inférieure. À propos d'un cas et revue de la littérature

The avulsion fracture of the anterior-inferior iliac spine (ASIS) is a rare entity and classic trauma of adolescent athletes. It is exceptional in adults. We report a case in a 30-year-old patient after a soccer accident. The clinical and radiological assessment showed a femoroacetabular impingement from an overhanging ASIS avulsion fracture. This diagnosis was confirmed by a pelvis CT scan with 3D reconstruction. The treatment was a surgical excision of the displaced fragment through a Röttinger's approach. The postoperative course was simple. Muscle testing improved from 3/5 to 5/5. The hip flexion improved from 90° to 110°. The patient gradually resumed his sport activity with a PMA score of 18.
