Luxation talo-crurale pure chez un footballeur (À propos d’un cas et revue de la littérature)

RésuméLa luxation talo-crurale pure est une lésion rare et se voit exceptionnellement à la suite d’un accident sportif. Les auteurs rapportent le cas d’un footballeur ayant présenté une luxation talo-crurale postéro-interne pure. Une réduction immédiate à foyer fermé a été réalisée, suivie de huit semaines d’immobilisation plâtrée. Après 26 mois de suivi, les résultats fonctionnels étaient satisfaisants. Une revue de la littérature montre la rareté de cette entité, ses facteurs prédisposants et la difficulté de la prise en charge thérapeutique ainsi que l’intérêt de la rééducation qui conditionne le pronostic fonctionnel.

Talocrural dislocation without associated fracture is a rare dislocation and is not commonly seen as a sport injury. The authors report the case of a football player who presented a tibiotalar dislocation. The treatment was orthopedic with a very good functional result. Immediate reduction was performed followed by eight weeks of cast immobilization. After 26 months of follow-up, functional results were satisfactory. We try through this case and a review of the literature to underline the rarity of this entity, its predisposing factors, and the difficulty its therapeutic coverage as well as the interest of the rehabilitation, which conditions the functional recovery of the ankle.
